Spring: Seasonal ingredients

The wild herbs and natural greens are everywhere during springtime. Very few local ingredients are in season yet, but this is the time for exotic fruits to shine.

If you like high quality exotic fruits, spring is your season. Most times of the year our imported fruits are not close to being ripe when they are picked, but during spring the quality is at its best.
