Sebastian Baarsen is a Swedish bartender who loves storytelling through drinks. With his cocktail The Field he wanted to capture the essence of the Swedish Midsummer. It is a great drink for the last warm summer evenings before transitioning to autumn.
5 cl aquavit flavoured with elderflower
4 cl cucumber honey (2 cucumbers mixed with 300g of honey)
2 cl lemon juice
2 dash ättika (strong vinegar)
some fresh dill
How to make:
Shake everything even the dill in a shaker, fine strain and serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
